You’ll find less research of Fe-Mn crusts from the Southern China ocean and Indian sea due simply for the higher feedback of terrigenous detritus and also the topographic prominence of distributing centres. Therefore, it is vital to investigate the palaeoceanographic conditions where the Fe-Mn crusts developed during these oceanic places. During recent studies cruise trips, we received Fe-Mn crusts through the Pacific and Indian seas in addition to South China Sea. We’ve analysed 72 cut trials from 4 Fe-Mn crusts from the Pacific sea, South Asia water and Southwest Indian Ridge (Fig. 1A) using another form of low-speed diamond line cutting machine (Model STX-202A, Shenyang Kejing Auto-instrument Co., Ltd.) to get sample slice thicknesses of under 1.0 mm.
